Juan Valdez, the iconic coffee brand, partnered with the Chicago Cubs to create a Ready-To-Drink (RTD) coffee, marking its presence at the Cubs' stadium and surrounding local shops. The goal of this project was to create an RTD coffee that resonated with Cubs fans and strengthened the Juan Valdez brand. This product needed to be a crowd-pleaser at the stadium while introducing Juan Valdez to thousands of new customers.

We faced a tight deadline of one month. Coordinating with over 10 stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring timely feedback while maintaining high standards were critical challenges. Despite these challenges, our team was able to deliver a high-quality product on time.

I collaborated with the Juan Valdez team and the Chicago Cubs to align on the vision and requirements for the RTD coffee. As the creative director, I led the team in conceptualizing and designing the RTD coffee packaging and branding, ensuring it captured the essence of both Juan Valdez and the Cubs. I also mapped out detailed timelines, set clear expectations with the internal team and stakeholders, and maintained efficient workflow throughout the project.

The project resulted in an RTD coffee that energized Cubs fans and introduced Juan Valdez to thousands of new customers. This successful collaboration significantly boosted brand recognition and cemented Juan Valdez's presence among the Chicago Cubs' fanbase.
